ICF MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Join us for an 8-week online course to take your spiritual coaching skills to the next level!

In our ICF Group Mentoring program, you will learn how to deepen your knowledge and coaching skills in alignment with the updated ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, elevate your confidence as a coach, and receive direct and supportive feedback to refine your coaching skills at the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) level.

Starseed Academy is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) which sets the gold standard in the coaching industry. After our spiritual coach certification program, students pursue an additional credential through the ICF. This credential (ACC) is a level 1 accreditation. Starseed Academy supports you in obtaining this by providing 7 hours of group mentorship and an opportunity to complete your additional 3 hours of private mentorship. Starseed Academy is also accredited to conduct your performance evaluation to fulfill your requirements for your Level 1 - ACC application with the ICF.

You may choose to start by joining our group mentorship class which will earn you 7 hours of mentor coaching and then add on the 3 private mentoring sessions + performance evaluation after group training, or you may choose to complete your 10 hours of mentoring privately. Overall, to obtain your ACC, applicants must complete 10 hours of mentor coaching with a PCC or MCC-accredited coach. 

 

All group and private ICF mentoring will take place with our Director of Education and PCC-accredited coach, Minerva Maharajh.
