This program is perfect for those who are ready and serious about becoming a certified spiritual life coach part-time or full-time. We have trained students from all around the world from different work backgrounds and experience. This is a foundational course teaching core coaching skills, business structures and mindsets to start a business and grow a thriving practice. Student with Different Abilities We strive to provide the highest level of coach education to every student who trains with us. If you are a student with different abilities, we provide additional support to help with your coach training. Our Teacher Assistants have professional training and experience with working with students with different abilities. Please notify us on your application form if you require this support and we will set up a time to discuss.

There are no prerequisites to enter this course however we are looking for committed and aligned students who are ready and serious to become a certified spiritual coach. - They have a knowing this path is meant for them - Willing to do the deep and practical work in and outside this course - Committed from the beginning and after this program is complete to becoming a thriving spiritual coach If this sounds like you, apply right away for a spot.

Currently, all classes will be delivered online through a secure and private video link. Each class will be 2 hours in length and video and audio recorded for review in your private student portal within 24-48 business hours.

This course is currently offered just a few times per year and has limited space available to maintain high-level quality instruction. The next date and time is listed above. You will have a choice between an afternoon time slot: 9-11am PST/12-2pm EST or evening time slot: 5-7pm PST/ 8-10pm EST. Select the time that works best for you and if accepted into the program, you will be offered a spot in cohort that suits your preferred time.

To become a Certified Spiritual Coach through Starseed Academy you are are required to attend all live classes (or complete makeup classes if you miss more than 3, or pay for private classes if you miss more than 5), complete journaling exercises, reading & video assignments, peer coaching, practice client sessions, and coaching finals. Once you successfully complete the following you will receive a certificate as a Starseed Certified Spiritual Coach through Starseed Academy Coach Training. Following your core coach training class, you will partake in a group mentoring class where you will receive 7 group mentoring hours that goes towards your ICF ACC credential if you choose to pursue this additional credential. Outside of the tuition fee, here are a list of additional fees (mostly optional): - 1 or 2 books suggested for reading which will range from $10-25 depending on where you are located in the world. - Printing a hard copy of your manual which is not required for your course and only if you prefer a hard copy for your review. You will be provided with a digital copy of the manual as part of your tuition paid. - If you miss more than 3 live classes, you may be required to pay a make-up class fee to meet with your Instructor. See 'What if I miss a class?' for more details. - Additional private mentoring hours if pursuing an ICF designation. - Performance evaluation fee, if pursuing an ICF designation (optional). Email our office or speak to your Instructor if you are interested in obtaining an ICF credential. We are happy to support you with the process.

There is a cap of 8 students into each cohort to maintain an intimate, high-level support learning environment. Apply for your spot right away as we currently offer this course 1-3x a year and once the maximum has been reached a waitlist will be opened for the next cohort.

Each cohort has a total of 33 classes at 2 hours each. 66 hours are live/ synchronous + 14-20 hours independent study/asynchronous. Students will have a total of 1 year to complete all the requirements of the course or may request an extension for an additional fee. Besides attending on time for all live classes (you may miss 3 classes without paying for a makeup), this course partners well if you are working full-time, part-time job or unemployed. You can choose how you use your time to study and at your own pace.

For the current tuition rate, please see above. You may choose to pay in full or opt-in to a 3-12 month payment plan option. All payment plans include a $1500 USD non-refundable deposit and a signed credit card authorization form for automatic monthly payments. A small processing fee is included in each monthly payment. See price list above. Please note certification will not be issued until all payments are completed in full.

At this time we do not offer scholarships but we do offer affordable extended payments plans.

Currently, our spiritual coach certification program is only offered in written and verbal English.

We highly recommend that you prioritize attending your classes live with your Instructor. We understand there are arising situations where you are unable to attend live, so for that purpose, we grant 3 misses without penalty with review of the class recording and short summary for you to submit to your Instuctor to ensure you are caught up. If you miss more than 3 classes, you are required to pay for a private makeup class with your Instructor. Contact our office for our current rate. If you miss more than 5 classes, you may be required to retake the class without refund and pay an additional transfer fee.

With successful completion of our coach training program, you will be able to apply your spiritual coach training to any specialty such as relationships, health, career, and business coaching. Some other ways previous students have used their certification was as a self-love, confidence, empowerment, or leadership coach. There are no limits to the use of the skills, training and certification you will receive in this program and can apply the spiritual & life coaching skills and tools to any area of life for your clients.

You have a total of 1 year from the first day of class to complete and submit all requirements for certification. If for some reason you decide to not complete the program, withdraw from the class before the course is complete or we deem not a good fit to continue, there is a no-refund policy in place and you will be required to stop using the Starseed Academy manual, tools & techniques and online platforms. See our refund policy below and carefully review our terms & conditions agreement upon registration. If you require more time to complete your certification requirements, speak to our office to make arrangements and pay for an extension.

The full or first payment is required to secure your spot in the program as well as a signed student agreement form. We have updated our payment plans to make them more affordable to all. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE 30 days before the first day of class as spots are limited in our program. If a student decides to withdraw at any point from the program, for whatever reason, they are still legally required to uphold the payment agreement until all monies are paid in full and no refunds apply to any fees paid previously. If for whatever reason the student is unsatisfied after the start of class, they will be required to immediately send a email to our office as well as our director, Minerva Maharajh, and schedule a phone call to remedy the situation. We will do everything within reasonable means to rectify the situation. Full or partial refunds, in this case, are not guaranteed. If the student is deemed not the right fit to proceed with the training program due to rude or intolerable behavior, substance abuse, discrimination, etc; Starseed Academy reserves the right to withdraw the student from the program, and the no refund policy still applies.

No program out there can guarantee results. We strive to provide you with the latest and greatest powerful tools, techniques, and processes developed by our School's Director and Professional Certified Coach, Minerva Maharajh. They are proven to work for our instructors, students and many of our coaches' clients around the world, however, it is up to you to take what you learn, make it your own and create your own results. Although we believe in our program and have seen drastic results from our work and tools taught, we cannot guarantee results because we believe everyone has a unique way of creating clients (which we advocate for and support you through this course) and because we cannot control your level of awareness, willingness, action, effort, time and results. We ask you to take full responsibility for your actions and results in this course. Please note, our program is also not a substitute for any mental, emotional, physical, financial advice from a trained and licenced professional, medical, financial, psychological or other.
